What we collect

To calculate store profitability, Sofenx Profit Dashboard stores Shopify shop identifiers and contact email, product and variant details, merchant-entered costs, order identifiers, financial totals, discounts, taxes, shipping amounts, line-item product details, billing subscription status, and notification preferences.

On our Shopify App Store listing, Google Analytics may receive listing interactions such as page views, install-button clicks, completed installations, traffic-source information, and basic device or browser information supplied through Shopify's listing analytics integration.

We do not request or store customer names, customer email addresses, phone numbers, or billing and shipping addresses.

How we use data

We use store information only to sync products and orders, calculate and display profit margins, preserve historical cost snapshots, send merchant-configured reports, provide support, secure the service, and administer Shopify billing.

We use App Store listing analytics only to understand how merchants discover the listing and where they stop in the installation funnel. We do not send customer data, product or order data, or merchant-entered costs to Google Analytics.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be processed by Shopify, Google Analytics for the limited App Store listing measurement described above, and by infrastructure, database, monitoring, and email-delivery providers strictly to operate and improve the service or comply with law.

Retention and deletion

Store data is retained while the app is installed and only as long as needed to provide the service. When Shopify sends its shop-redaction request after uninstall, the shop record and its associated product-cost and profit-order data are deleted.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed Shopify webhooks, and data minimization. Merchants can change notification settings in the app and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
