Service
Sofenx Profit Dashboard provides estimated profit and margin reporting based on Shopify data and merchant-entered costs. Reports are informational and are not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Merchants are responsible for reviewing cost inputs and results.
Plans, subscriptions, and trials
The Free plan tracks up to 50 orders processed per calendar month. Orders beyond that limit are not added unless the merchant upgrades or a new calendar month begins. Paid plans renew every 30 days through Shopify unless cancelled. Any trial length, recurring price, and plan features are shown before Shopify asks the merchant to approve a charge. Plan changes are handled through Shopify and may result in billing adjustments under Shopify's billing rules.
Acceptable use
Merchants must use the service lawfully, protect access to their Shopify account, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party data source is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the prior three months.
